Before considering work on an older building, you need to know what you are dealing with. We carry out a precise survey of the existing fabric, its architectural qualities, structural condition and potential.
Village houses, rural buildings, farmsteads, older apartment blocks: each type has its own pathologies, construction methods and limits. Identifying them avoids unnecessary work, and sometimes harmful work.
The survey is also an acquisition tool: it tells you what a property will genuinely require before you commit.
