SERVICE STAGES
- We assess the structural capacity of the existing building, the topography of the site and its technical constraints.
- We check PLU or PLUi planning rules, easements and the permits the project will require.
- We estimate the construction budget and associated costs, and deliver a written conclusion within three weeks.
