A construction project commits significant sums and a lasting responsibility. Our role is to reduce the risks: budget, schedule and quality of execution.

We act early on the issues that become expensive when found late: regulatory compliance, mandatory insurance, the soundness of the costings and the real capacity of the contractors consulted.

This service can accompany a new build, an extension or a refurbishment, whether or not we designed the project.

As an architect registered with the Ordre des Architectes, we commit our professional liability alongside you, in Toulouse as in the Tarn.

SERVICE STAGES

1. We verify the project’s regulatory compliance and the validity of the permits obtained.
2. We review quotations, works contracts and contractors’ insurance before anything is signed.
3. We monitor progress, interim valuations and compliance of the works through to handover and the clearing of snags.
